(wherI am happy to have had the chance to paint another mural at Elio Pizzeria! Inspired by the work that is being done to help increase the population of Fin Whales:
Fin whales were hunted everywhere for the first three-quarters of the 20th century, causing major population decline. Largely thanks to the ban on whaling in 1986 and through conservation efforts such as at the Pelagos Sanctuary in Italy, populations have been increasing since 1995. Thanks so much Art Bomb for selling another one of my paintings. This one went up for sale yesterday and a collector out east purchased it. This painting was inspired by a beautiful sunset I saw on Kingscotte Lake while camping in Algonquin Park.
I will have these photographs shown in the Fotofestiwal in Ludz Poland starting tomorrow with the Photocopy Club! It will be my first time having my work shown in Poland! The theme is 'Hit the Road' and there will be photographers exhibiting from all over the world!
A few shots from the MTL Exposed Exhibition at Galerie 203! It was a lovely night will lots of great art and live music.
Here is a recent painting I finished not too long ago. It represents the Natives of the Mohawk Nation. I hope you enjoy it!
This Saturday I'll be at Theatre Sainte Catherine from 12-6 for Fresh Paint Galleries 11th Market! Check out the facebook event for more details.
I didn't get to keep this painting long before selling it. It's hard to let paintings go, especially when they are so new. At the same time it's so nice to know that someone has invested into having one of my art pieces into their home! Thanks to the Super Wonder Gallery for selling this piece for me!
Tonight I will have four of my favourite original art works up for auction at Gallery 203 in Old Montreal for MTL Exposed! Starts at 7pm and it's right by the Basilica de Notre Dame. Check out the facebook event for details!
