The small, the unnoticed, and the ephemeral is what inspires me. To help the vulnerable and the voiceless is what motivates me. In our time, we currently face insurmountable problems such as climate change, and we are heading towards mass extinctions. In this time, it is more important than ever that we as artists take the burden of expressing these crises, to help humanity to confront them.
As an artist, it is my intention to fuse my technique and understanding of beauty to spark change! By combining realism and abstract fragments, I explore the complex relationship between humans and nature. Drawing inspiration from cultures and landscapes from around the world, I want to refresh the public with a positive message. For example, my current series “Not So Hopeless” represents successful initiatives saving endangered animals from extinction.
